Gino Cappelletti, currently a radio broadcaster for the New England Patriots, enjoyed a storied career playing for the team, long before he broadcasted for them. Cappelletti played for the Boston Patriots from 1960-1970, starring as both a wide receiver and kicker, while even seeing time as a punt returner and defensive back.
He's the Patriots second all-time leading scorer behind only Adam Vinatieri, recording several of the top scoring seasons in the history of professional football. Cappelletti was a 5-time AFL All-Star and led the league in scoring 5 times during his career. He also ranks among the AFL's all-time leading receivers having finished his career with 292 catches for 4,589 yards, and even earned AFL MVP honors in 1964.
He now stands as one of only twenty players who were in the American Football League for its entire ten-year existence, and will forever be remembered as one of its best.
This Unframed 16x20 New England Patriots Photo Inscribed "AFL MVP 64" is signed by Cappelletti and comes with a BC Sports Certificate of Authenticity.
