| After a standout career at Auburn University, Heath Evans was the first fullback drafted in the 2001 NFL Draft when the Seattle Seahawks selected him in the 3rd Round. Evans would become an immediate contributor for the Seahawks on special teams and also saw time in all 16 games as the team's fullback. He would go on to spend several productive years with the team, helping to block for Shaun Alexander on one of the best run offenses in the league.
Evans was picked up prior to the 2005 season by the Miami Dolphins and then signed on with the New England Patriots midway through the season. Again proving his worth on special teams and as a blocking fullback who could also carry the ball when called upon, Evans would become an integral part of the Patriots offense. He was rewarded with a contract extension prior to the 2007 season and went on to have his most productive season as a runner, recording three touchdowns in the Patriots record-setting offense and serving as a key contributor on a team that went 16-0 during the regular season.
This Unframed 8x10 New England Patriots Photo is signed by Evans and comes with a BC Sports Certificate of Authenticity.
