| Robinson spent his entire 23 year career with the Baltimore Orioles, earning the nickname "The Human Vacuum Cleaner" due to his incredible fielding at 3rd base. His impressive fielding earned him 16 Gold Glove Awards, which ties him with Jim Kaat for the most for any player at any position. He also made 15 consecutive All-Star appearances and took home the AL MVP Award in 1964. In 1970 Robinson led the O's to the World Series and earned the WS MVP after batting .429 and making a handful of spectacular defensive plays. During his stint in the majors, he set major league career records for games, putouts, assists, chances, double plays and fielding percentage. Robinson was elected into the Hall of Fame in 1983.
