Carlos Beltran is one of the best and most promising players in all of baseball.  An outfielder with great defensive range and strong offensive power, Beltran basked in the limelight of the 2004 playoffs, smashing a league record 8 postseason home runs, and homering in a record 5 straight playoff games.
