| Jim Kelly was chosen in the first round of the 1984 NFL Draft by the Buffalo Bills after a star-studded collegiate career at the University of Miami. Although Kelly opted to play in the USFL at first where he dominated the competition, he joined the Bills upon the financial collapse of that league. He was immediately inserted into the starting lineup and helped turn the team into one of the best in the league. Kelly led the Bills to 4 straight Super Bowls in the early 1990's and became known for his incredible toughness and leadership ability. He finished his career with over 35,000 yards passing and 237 TD passes and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2002.
