An exceptional high-school athlete, Randy Moss ended up playing his college ball at Marshall University where he put up record-breaking numbers.  A first-team All-American, Moss would finish his abbreviated two-year career with a staggering 168 receptions for 3.467 yards and 53 touchdowns.   

Moss then entered the NFL Draft in 1998 and was selected by the Minnesota Vikings with the 21st Overall Pick.  The pick immediately paid dividends as Moss lead an explosive Vikings offense with over 1,300 yards and 17 touchdowns during his rookie season.  He would continue to play a key role in the Vikings high-powered offense and was selected to the Pro Bowl 5 times in his 7 years with the team. 

Despite his on-field success, the future Hall of Famer Moss was traded to the Oakland Raiders prior to the 2005 season. After two sub-par seasons with the team for a player of his caliber, Moss was then acquired by the New England Patriots for the 2007 season. The trade proved to be a perfect match for both sides as Moss would go on to catch 98 passes for 1.493 yards and a record-breaking 23 touchdowns, all en route to leading the Patriots to the first ever perfect 16-0 regular season.
