Considered the last true "Sixty Minute Man", Chuck Bednarik prided himself on giving his all for a full 60 minutes every game. After becoming the very first pick in the NFL in 1949 by the Eagles, Bednarik went on to play 14 years for the Eagles at both linebacker and center, earning All-Pro and Pro Bowl honors 8 times each. His intense, hard-hitting nature earned him the nickname "Concrete Charlie". He was a member of the 1949 and 1960 World Championship teams and was elected into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1967.
This 8x10 photo of Bednarik standing over Frank Gifford after a brutal hit is autographed by Bednarik and inscribed "Sorry Frank" and comes with a BC Sports Certificate of Authenticity.
