Joe Montana is undoubtedly one of the best quarterbacks of all time.  A Pittsburgh, PA native, Montana attended the University of Notre Dame before being drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in 1979.  He proceeded to lead the Niners into becoming one of the best football teams in NFL history.  Montana led the team to 4 Super Bowls, taking home an unprecedented 3 Super Bowl MVP's in the process. 

Known as the "Comeback Kid" and "Joe Cool" for his ability to perform in the clutch, Montana engineered 31 fourth quarter comebacks, including the likes of "The Catch" and "The Drive".  An 8-time Pro Bowler who holds post-season records for most career touchdown passes (44), and passing yards (5772), Montana was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2000.
