Known as a free spirit off the field, Jim Kiick was an effective running back on the field. After starring at Wyoming during college, Kiick was drafted by the Miami Dolphins where he would form a formidable running combination and undeniable friendship with Larry Csonka. The two would give the Dolphins one of the best and most productive ball control offenses the game has ever seen and helped vault the Dolphins to the top of the NFL.
Kiick was a member of the Dolphins teams that went to three straight Super Bowls, two of which they won. Though Kiick didn't always get a lot of touches, he made the most of the ones he did get, scoring TDs in both Super Bowls VII and VIII. He was also a member of the storied 1972 Dolphins team that went 17-0, completing the only perfect season in the history of the NFL.
This Miami Dolphins Replica Throwback Mini Helmet Inscribed "17-0 1972" is signed by Kiick and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
