Gilbert Perrault, Rick Martin, and Rene Robert of the Buffalo Sabres came together to form a line known as the French Connection in the 1970's. This line played a key role in leading the Sabres to their first Stanley Cup appearance in 1974 and helped raise this team from oblivion to a legitimate Cup contender. Led by Calder Cup winner Perrault and 7-time All-Star Martin, the French Connection was a dominant offensive force in the NHL throughout the 1970's. This puck is signed by French Connection member Gilbert Perrault and comes with a BC Sports Certificate of Authenticity. |
