Aaron Rowand was drafted in the 1st Round of the 1998 amateur draft by the Chicago White Sox after starring at Cal State Fullerton during his college years. Rowand's run through the wall defensive mentality and consistency at the plate have since turned him into one of the best all-around center fielders in the game.
During the 2005 season, Rowand batted .270 with a .329 on base percentage, helping to lead the Chicago White Sox to their first World Series Championship since the early 1900's. He also had a stellar .992 fielding percentage and repeatedly showed he was not afraid to put his body in danger to make a play.
After the 2005 season he was traded to the Philadelphia Phillies, instantly becoming a fan favorite thanks to his onfield attitude and production and has added to a young core of stars that looks to lead the Phillies back to the Playoffs for the first time in over a decade.
This Framed 11x14 Philadelphia Phillies Photo with photo inlays of Rowand making his incredible game-saving catch against the Mets while crashing into the wall and breaking his nose with a nameplate that says "For who? My teammates. For what? To win." is signed by Rowand and comes with a BC Sports Certificate of Authenticity.
